Bookings and payments:

Provisional bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is paid.

Deposits: 50% of the total amount to be paid within 2 days of accepting the quote.

December bookings: 10% of the total amount to be paid within 10 days of accepting the quote and a total of

50% MUST be paid by 31st October.

For specials 50% of the total amount must be paid within 2 days of accepting the quote.

All outstanding amounts must be paid on arrival (Eft and credit cards preferred).

In the event of a cancellation:

From 30 days before date of arrival guests forfeit 25% of the deposit.

From 15 to 20 days before date of arrival forfeit is 50%.

From 7 to 15 days before date of arrival forfeit is 75% of deposit.

Less than 7 days before date of arrival or no show forfeit full deposit.

Premature departure – no refund

A 10% handling fee will be charged for any other cancellations.
