If cancelling 2 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

If you need to smoke, do so outside and use the little ashtray.

Do not leave the doors and windows open when you go for a hike or kayaking, the monkeys will take advantage.

The hot tub takes 1.5 hours to get warm and 1.5 bags of wood, please fill the tub before you light the fire. While filling the hot tubs, the rest of the cabin’s water will be on low-pressure.

You can use tap water for cooking and the kettle. The water is light brown because it’s from the river. The water runs through filters, but it’s still brown. There is Reverse Osmosis drinking water in the fridge.

The gravel driveway down is very steep, and your vehicle should not have low road clearance - please drive slowly. If you have low road clearance and you need us to collect you at the top of the farm, please let me know in good time.

When you leave in the morning, and the gate doesn’t open, use the “farm gate”.

There are wild animals, eagles, snakes, insects, bees and the like on the property - they will leave you alone, but please do not try to approach them - all wild animals are potentially dangerous.

Keep right for 270 m. Follow R404: Turn left onto R404 and continue for 7.5 km. Keep left to continue on Montagu St/R404 for 2.0 km. Merge onto N9: Turn left onto N12/N9 and continue following N9 for 88.9 km. Take R62: Turn right onto R62 and drive for 155 km. Turn onto R102: Turn left onto R102 for 11.2 km. Final Directions: Drive for 8.7 km, taking the following turns: Turn right for 6.1 km. Turn left for 1.5 km. Turn right for 700 m. Turn left at the 1st cross street for 260 m. Turn right to reach your destination.
