If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.

Cardholder, ID/Passport is required with booking confirmation. Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in. Check-in time: 15:00. Check-out time: 10:00. Late check outs will be charged @ R200/hr.

No smoking inside the units.

No loud noise or parties allowed. No boom boxes or loud music allowed.

Please note that there are five units on one property, every unit private, and all guests' privacy and comfort are very important to us.

Only booked guests as per original reservation allowed on property. No guests allowed, without permission from Management.
