Barnfires Guest Farm

1. The Main Guest or person who made the booking in each group for the accommodation unit will be provided with one set of keys and remote controls for opening and closing the accommodation unit. Guests are required to keep the gates closed at all times. This is for security purposes and to safeguard our animals.

2. No additional guests will be allowed to visit or stay over without prior arrangement with the managing staff. In such an event, payment for the additional overnight stay or day visitor fee shall be settled before the arrival of the additional guests.

3. Guests are not permitted to remove or move around and displace any furniture, fittings, furnishings, TVs, sound equipment, etc., unless authorized by prior arrangement with BARNFIRES STAFF. Please report any inoperative equipment to damage, hazards or faults immediately.

4. The speed limit on BARNFIRES roads is strictly 15km/hour.

5. The guests are directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the house, its contents and property, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement and other related expenses and costs.

6.Fire hazards and non-smoking zones - fires may strictly only be made and lit in the demarcated and designated fireplaces. The inside of all buildings are Non-Smoking areas.

7. Wood – collecting and use of wood, logs or cutting down of trees found on BARNFIRES premises, in the gardens or on the adjacent islands in the river or from neighboring properties is most strictly prohibited. Unauthorized usage of such wood and trees will be charged for.

8. Please adhere to arrival and departure times. Arrival is from 14H00 unless prior arrangements have been made with the managing staff. We request that you vacate the house by 11h00 on the day of departure.
